Well, I don't think you would want them too long though, 'cause when you get older and gravity takes over, that would make you more prone to trip and fall.

Leave it as a surprise. Unless the man states that he hates piercings before you get intimate, in which case you should tell him first.
In my opinion, I find nipple piercings extremely sexy. Dunno why. Probably goes along with my unexplained attraction to women with GOOD tattoos and similar tastes in music.
