Anytime married couples work as a team...more likely than not, results in a good and enduring relationship.
So what about changing the oil, cutting the grass, bringing down bee hives, etc etc etc all the man chores?????
Am I making this a man woman thing....you betcha.
btw I do help out my wife so don't crucify me.
While the OP did not mention gender, it's true that the argument is that women do more housework. That's what is reported. My perspective might different than yours since I live in the NE. My dh does most of the lawn mowing. We both do yard work. I think gardening and landscaping is something a lot of women take interest in. But, all that is for a few months compared to our long winters where there is no lawn to be mowed. The house needs to be cleaned every day, food cooked every day, etc. So, women going to work all day and then having to do all the inside stuff at night, is probably a little much. My husband does his part, tho, I won't deny that I have to push him from time to time. If he didn't there would be problems.
