I like a man who is physically fit so I can have some muscles to grab on! Smells good, clean nails, fresh haircut, and has a sense of style. If you are under 5'10, won't give you the time of day. I'm 5'8 and wear 3in heels so I don't find it a turn on looking down at my man. A police/firefighter uniform over a 6'4in physically fit man would sure make my day!

I agree with everything you just said except that part about the cop. Somehow I can only envision this fine looking gentleman giving me a speeding ticket!!! LOL

A nice voice. Not super-deep. But guy-ish. (Obviously.) A nice laugh. Hearing his voice when...well, I'll stop there, as this forum is PG-13.
Other, than, well, the voice I can't think of one (non-emotional/intellectual) quality I would unilaterally want for a dude. I mean eye color, hair color, whatever. Padding: that's fine. Not too into the body-builder thing. Tall, short...doesn't matter. I'm five foot one. As my mother used to tell me, "JerZ, it's great to be short. You can dance with anybody." (I wonder if she really meant 'dance'...)
Clean nails,no odor,nice smile,not a couch potato,considerate,kind,care about their health,not fat.clean teeth
