Spinach = Ewwww! Unless its like in a salad. I can do that but the boiled stuff or whatever, gack. I'm doing goulash. Be curious to see if I nail the sauce. The meat browning and noodles got cooked according to plan lol

And I agree, I can't do spinach cooked. You put it in a salad, or sandwich it's all good though
We are back from Vegas. Had tons of fun. Flights were decent albeit somewhat bumpy heading in. Coming back was smooth. The strip was okay for about a day... The rest of the time there are others places to visit.
