Just based on the airport sampling I would say the answer is 2-3%.
Interesting. Airports are about the only places I ever see attractive men. Of course, I live in a city where you never see people on the streets, so when I do, I'm overwhelmed and excited!
depends on demographics for me. A location with a high concentration of Hispanic,Asian or black females I would probably less than 5% of them attractive. In a place with a preponderance of white women I'll probably find 20-30% percent as attractive, and even then it all depends on the location...i.e. old towns versus young towns (college towns et al).

I don't need my eyes and head examined thank you...even if there are a lot of fatties and oldies out there,....that still means a lot of them are still (depending on how one looks at it) attractive....

Well not the only places, but I will agree, there are some hot men at airports, especially Atlanta
All of them except for children, extreme fatties, women who dress like something off an episode of What Not To Wear, and little old ladies who smell like mothballs.
For the USA as a whole, I can't pinpoint a %, but I did went on and voted 0-25% anyway. In my city/zipcode it's 5-10%(if that really), and that's largely because a ridiculous amount have big bellies and are notably out of shape.
