FIRST OFF.............I know for a FACT he is in perfect health on ALL physical fronts or I wouldn't ever think about it. Maybe just 14 years can do that to a couple? I just really miss the decade "plus" of sex every day and am pretty sure he does too. Mid 40s might do that to a person or else the very recent discovery of scotch can be a contributing factor. Doesn't even have to be every day, but a few times a week makes me a happy kid!

If you aren't getting what you need from him I suggest you COMMUNICATE that to him and try to figure out what the two of you can do to solve the problem together.
Well, I would recommend a physical too. There are a lot of medical conditions, and/or prescriptions that can reduce sex drive.
So true. Most men as we get a little older can be helped by possibly a testosterone cream. I'll admit I started using it about 9 months ago and it sure makes you feel better with other great benefits.
If he is willing to cooperate, find out if it a problem of "getting up" (testosterone level down) or "not staying up" (in which case he could take something like Viagra)
Best way is to visit his MD and find out which of the two it is. The only person who can assess this is someone who has done the tests that correspond.

Ok I see everyone's point. We both only take a centrum a day. I never viewed "supplements" as DRUGS. Dr OZ suggests at least one different one every day he's on tv and he's not slammed. It only "crossed my mind" recently.

14 years is a LOOOOONG time to be with someone and if I were with somebody for that long I would be asking questions especially if the sex went from zoom to bust..!

But seriously, I agree with everyone, don't do it. Imagine that he does have a bad reaction, maybe life-threatening, maybe not. Then imagine having to explain your actions to your husband, and then EMS, and then the hospital staff. Oh, and then the police.
How do you know!!! Maybe he's really angry at you for some reason, and he's been secretly slipping something into your refreshments, and he's enjoying seeing you writhe in agony, or seeing you silently begging like a dog that hasn't had a bone to chew on for a couple months!!!

I'm going to suggest that he get a checkup. I know it may sound trite but I know what you look like and if you in a teddy or nothing at all dont make him go BOING,it's got to be either medical or mental. Some things are just obvious!
Seriously, if this has "developed" over time, there is probably something underneath it that needs to be explored. If the issue is long-term sexual incompatibility it becomes a lot more difficult the longer you have just looked the other way.

If you have been with someone for 14 years marriage or not I would assume there is a understanding of the obey clause but regardless I would like to also point out that plenty of people overdose on herbal suppliments as well and if you give it to someone long enough they can develop ulcers or other side effects internally that you may not be able to see until it is too late. Some herbal suppliments such as Angelica root have been proven to be cancerous if used for prolonged periods and if you buy them from someone or you collect from the wild and you misidentify a plant you can very well wind up killing someone. Particularly in the carrot family where everything from Angelica to Osha can be mistaken for the ultra deadly Water Hemlock.
It just isn't a good idea to mess around with that stuff.
