As far as commercially distributed porn is concerned, most of these parties are staged and involve actors and actresses on the bottom rungs of the porn industry. There is some semi-pro and amateur material which is not commercially distributed, but made available on amateur web sites.
If you have the necessary "qualifications", you can enter the porn industry. If not, just find some like-minded folks and party-on. These parties are called........."sex parties"

If I'm thinking of the site you're thinking of, no, they're not real. Think about it. Every one of those videos seem to be shot with high-end HD video cameras and are edited well. The lighting is usually spot-on and all of the women are pretty attractive. That ain't real.

Yes! Sex parties are absolutely real here in the US. At least at my place they are. There are some weeks where I have them everyday of the week. I never have a sex party on a Sunday though, due to religious reasons. I also don't allow males at my parties. It is just the ladies and I.
