I'm pretty sure that the free sites like okcupid and POF have subscribers in other countries as well--I've been messaged from India (he was 15 years younger and wanted to get married, lol) and Africa.

It's possible, but difficult. I found that you need a pretty good understanding of the culture if you're going this route. Probably best to actually live in that country for a while.

Yes, it's possible to find love in other countries. However I would say there is only a small probability, moreover the risk factor is also huge. I mean through internet you can never know the other person entirely. also misdirection is a big factor here. I am not really sure what other risks are there, but I do know that it's risky.
However it depends on you, if you are very needy for love then you can try but at your own risk. I wouldn't suggest this.

yeah. Same as stepka, except it was just a view from someone who lived in China.
At least for OKcupid, you need to have criteria set to anywhere, and I think that opens up all users or something like that.
