Let's say that the traditional "dinner and movie" thing doesn't quite peak your interest. Rather, you want to do some fun, creative and exciting things on your date.
What kinds of things would you do? Where would you go?

I would like to go on a zipline tour or skeet shooting, hiking ,batting cages, or maybe the driving range (I can't hit a golfball to save my life, that's what makes it entertaining...lol).
zipline tour sounds good. Hot air balloon ride, a horse carriage ride around town with a bottle of champagne. A weekend city break. Or otherwise ''If she is a retard take her to the zoo, i heard retards like the zoo''..... Rocky quote, i know, hehe.
I'm taking one of the girls I'm dating up in a practice flight in a private airplane which will allow her to actually fly the plane and do the takeoff, still deciding on which one to take though
Walking around neighborhoods in the city if you live in a big city is my favorite thing to do. Browse stores, eat at a cafe, walk through a park.
Good exercise, explore new neighborhoods, get to know your date on a personal and practical level, very cheap, no social pressure, very engaging and active.
Hiking is fun, swimming, tennis...I think physical dates are always fun and lets one see how the other reacts whether they win or lose. Go to a park, with a dog or without...play ball, basketball, volleyball...shooting range...all kinds of various activities can be entertaining...and as a bonus, they're not expensive dates either.
Depends on both of your interests. Is there a museum you always wanted to go to or that is a favorite? A summer concert in the park, bring a picnic if allowed. Take a boat tour, on a lake or river if available nearby. Go antiqueing on a Sat afternoon in the antique district, stop for coffee and pastries.
Unless you are sure of her abilities, doing something very physical may be a big turn off or just outright impossible. Some people can't be in the sun for long if they have fair skin. If she put on makeup and did her hair, she may not want to get all sweaty.
Too funny that ziplining was the first thing I thought of, too. I guess because its on my bucket list. You should ask the woman a few questions, so you don't have to listen to her whine during the whole date.
Like, just make sure she doesn't throw up at the sight of a boat, for example. If she likes animals, you might arrange a background tour at a zoo.
We don't know what attractions there are in your area, so it's hard to say. I've taken friends hiking up to a waterfall with a swimming hole, taken them walking around one of the reservations near where I live to see the buffalo herd (even San Francisco has a resident buffalo herd!) and the ceremonial center, then dinner at the tribal casino buffet. If we knew where you live, it would be easier to advise you. Is horseback riding an option? Bumper cars? Canoeing or kayaking? Sailing is a blast, if you have a body of water near you.
I like the exploring neighborhoods thing, that someone else mentioned. If you're near a beach, beach walking and splashing around in the water's always good. I guess it can't beat a private plane or hot air balloon ride, though. Those win the prize, so far.
