It it really that bad to spit or throw a drink at a woman? (women, friends)

I don't see what's so bad about it esp. if she's rude or tries to challenge you. It's not like I have hit her or something. So why do so many still get upset with the guy even doing that?

The nastiest I've ever done was spit the food I had in my mouth at an annoying, bitchy one. The one that wants to get her way out just because she's a girl and knows we can't get into a fist fight like I would with a guy.

Yet people still got upset over it and someone called me a douchebag but said nothing to the girl. But technically it's not assault since I didn't lay a hand on her.

This is my way with a woman if she gets rude, challenges me always to the point of trying to hit or actually hits me.... I'll do something nasty or humiliate her but at least I don't hit her. So that should be less offensive.

If the women you allow into your life provoke this kind of behavior from you, you should probably consider re-evaluating the way you choose women. You should be able to hold yourself to a higher standard even when those around you choose not to do so. If you can't do it, find new friends.

I thought you could get charged with assault for spitting at someone?

And i'd bet throwing a glass of liquid at someone's face with malicious intent could also be seen as assault.

I think it is, as a minimum, a misdemeanor in most states. I'm not going to get into this, so I'll just give you the practical low-down.

She definitely did. Like I stated, if it were a dude then a fight would have happened.
