Talked to three today, got one number. Also got an insurance policy number, drivers license number and home address--the crank backed into my car. Won't be calling her.
Getting a woman's number is completely meaningless since she is going to have a 60-75% flake rate. Women these day are so flaky that a number isn't worth much. You have to do more than a number to get far with women. Try taking her on a date right after the conversation. Thats a better chance for success.
wouldn't that be a 25 - 40% non-flake rate? that's not meaningless.
Thats assuming the dates lead anywhere. I would say about 80-90% of women phone numbers never lead anywhere. But you have to take into account that no number is guaranteed so maybe only 1/3 or 1/4 women actually give you the number. After that, there is a small percent of the numbers you got that turn into women interested in you.
Try talking to people without a secret agenda of getting a number or finding a girlfriend. Just enjoy the company you find yourself in, whether it's with guys or girls, and things will work out!
Here is fun challenge for the men on this board who are having trouble talking and meeting women. Starting this weekend (sept 14th) try to talk to as many woman as possible and to get one phone number.
I think I'll be fun challenge that may get some guys out in the field with an excuse to talk to women. So guys get your groomed, iron your clothes and visualize yourself talking to women.
After your trials and errors then report back to this thread.

I accept your challenge. Just your luck, I'm trying to go to a happy hour on Friday and a festival in DC on Saturday.

Gotta start somewhere. This challenge is for men who are having trouble talking to or meeting woman. The goal is to get men to get out of the house to talk to women in real life. Getting the number is not really important, approaching them and starting a conversation is the key.
