I was explaining to her yesterday that when you are in a friends with Benefits situation you don't talk about negative things to each other like
stressful job
family drama
Financial problems
You pretty much hook up to relax with each other and have fun with each other and save the negative conversation for people like your family. So she then says...."Well that means it's a Fake relationship"

I disagree. What you are talking about is a bootie call. Friends with Benefits means just that: you are friends, with the added benefit of having sex with each other.
FWB just means that you don't want a romantic relationship with each other, i.e. going out on dates, celebrating anniversaries, etc.
