Every man/woman is a whole different person. Sure, culture MAY play a certain role here and there but there is no guarantee one technique works the same with every single person in this planet.

James dated sorority chicks and cheerleaders, and now he assumes all American women are like this.

Yes.

I've dated European women. They tend to be higher quality than American women with less BS and way less lying.

James will do very well.
