I am a guy. The date was to take place on a Sunday and plans were made on the prior Tuesday. The date was re-confirmed the day before (Saturday). The date was canceled on Sunday (day of the date) with no excuse given.

Do you just turn the page and forget the person? Or do you send a message with something like, "Be more considerate of other people's time and don't make dates you don't intend on keeping." etc. ???

Title to thread should read: What is the proper response to same day date cancellation?

Forget the person and move on. Be thankful that you didn't have a no show.

Just ignore. They obviously haven't given the slightest thought to your feelings. Sending them a message will not make a difference. I'ld move on and look for someone who at least had the same values when it comes to such things.

Yeah - forget the person and move on. It would be one thing if they offered an explanation but just canceling with no excuse is pretty rude.

I wouldn't bother responding. I would just block the person's number from my phone and move on.

Bye Felicia!!!

Have you met this person or is this a first-time meet (OLD)? If you've never met them, fahgetabout it. Rude people are just rude. Not worth your time to worry about changing them.

It depends on who this person is to you and what the circumstances are.

We met in person on Halloween night outside a nightclub. So we had one brief in person meeting.
