Since I got anxiety back in high school I've had it come and go but since my last relationship that ended over a year ago it's been difficult for me to get over him on and off. I think of him, dream of him, wish him and I were together wondering why him or my other ex's never came back to me. While other guys and girls had their ex's return to them.

I really don't know what to do to forget about him for good. I've tried to keep myself busy with other things and going out shopping but it seems yesturday after seeing my therapist and hanging and shopping around Hollywood my anxiety crept back in and it stayed with me not really leaving me alone.

It was hard but I managed to pull through and shop around but now I feel my anxiety lingering around me haha. Maybe it's also due to the weird weather we're facing it was storming yesturday while I was out and today it looks like it's going to continue hahaah.

Staying busy is good. I try to train my mind to think about something else when I start missing an ex or thinking about something that makes me unhappy and anxious. Would you really want your ex to come back to you? If someone breaks up with you and doesn't want you then you're really better off. Who wants someone that doesn't want them, right?

This seems to be about the second or third thread you've started on or around this subject. I think you may need some help outside of what advice people on an Internet forum can give you.

I'm not being nasty here, just trying to help.

Start seeing other peopke and Let go of the idea of him coming back. They don't all come back and whether they come back or not has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them.
