With unemployment being so high I wouldn't hold it against a woman if she's not working right now, However I would prefer a woman who works or wants to work over one who wants to stay out of the workforce.

Oddly, it seemed as if I got MORE attention being unemployed (still, no dates or anything) because I had options. I've had a ton of job offers and if a guy asked me about it, I'd let him know I was out of work, but sitting back and waiting for the right offer. It seemed they liked that I was a desirable employee, which was odd. I did accept a preliminary job offer in Boston this morning, so now the fun part starts

Don't care for employment. Care about how she wants to go out. If she expects to always be going out wasting money, then we don't match.

Yeah I would care, much prefer employed. However, if she was unemployed but sitting on 300K net worth, was educated, intelligent, etc, well then it wouldn't matter much. So I guess strictly speaking, it's not a dealbreaker, but it's bad. She might be a great person but unemployed, but I can find a great girl who's employed so that's why it's bad.

Unemployed is better. I was fire at the end.of June, so I upped my dating in July. Told all men straight up that I was unemployed and couldnt pay for anything. i got.a."boyfriend"out of the deal and went back to work at the beginning of Aug.

I tell women I am underemployed. Some run, others are fine with it. Others want to know my ambitions before they make a decision. All you do is admit to something and guys are fine with it. Life is so unfair.

Not everyone has to work. Some have the money.
