Go in a few times, buy some more stuff, chat each time about topical stuff (and look for a wedding ring), then about the 3rd or 4th time ask her out for coffee.

As a woman, I do not even recommend commenting on her looks or telling her she's beautiful. Make it more about the connection and the experience.
