OP - I am a few extra pounds overweight, could stand to lose 25lb. I prefer my guys to be a little slender, fit, but I am not. I live in reality, though .. if these guys take care of themselves, i should be doing the same to be in the same playing field. So, I am willing to look at guys that are in the same boat as I am and looking to lose a few extra pounds. Fair is fair. Best wishes to you in your search.
I like big guys... the guy I'm seeing is 6'1 and around 240# which I think is pretty great We both want to lose around 30 lbs, but were still happy with each other thus far.
I dont think I would want to date someone with an attitude like the OPs though regardless of weight/looks.
I'm down from 340 to 255 & I'm 5'11 & still losing the women I'm seeing is 5'3ish & is a size 18 the both of us are trying to drop a few pounds as well.
I'm open to a wide range of types but would not be interested in a female version of myself. I don't see this as me wanting something I'm not willing to do myself. It's just a matter of preference. Some women like big guys. I'm looking for a focused method of finding them. I think it makes more sense to drop bait in a stocked pond. No pun intended.
Male translation:
"I'm huge but I expect a thin/average girl and then I'm going to complain if I can't find one and call them shallow if they don't like me"
I personally don't think that "weight" determines "class" very rigidly. But attitude and personality play a huge role in attraction. Compatible interests, values and lifestyles are much much more important.
If one persons idea of weekend fun is staying home and watching tv while the other person wants to walk around the town and explore. It doesn't matter if one person's BMI is 20 or 34, the two won't match up very well.
