He was a FULL PARTICIPANT in everything you did together, so if he is now judging you negatively for that, then it is good for you to know NOW that he is the kind who does this as it is major a**hole behavior IMHO. Unfortunately many guys are like this (funny how they don't think negatively about THEMSELVES). I think most women have been with at least one of these types of guys.

Those double standards are still out there. I hate that they are, but they are.

I still hope we are all wrong about this and he IS just really, really busy, but if not, just move on and know that it is his loss!

Ok guys, I feel ridiculous... He called last night. Apologized profusely, but has been working till 9PM and later all this week (or so he says). Anyway, we're on for Tuesday, set a time and place to meet up. And yeah, I feel like a moron for overreacting... guess I just have a crush on the guy, what can I say?

Anyway, I'll quit updating the thread now. Just going to enjoy my 3rd date next week, and hope for the best! Thanks again to everyone for the honesty and advice.

How did I know that was going to happen .. I read your post when he didn't call and was just sitting here shaking my head. "Good grief a few hours and she's ready to figure it a complete loss! What's to do with this child?!" Maybe you should read some of the threads on this forum from the REAL (and ever consistent) losers so you can sigh and lighten up on yourself a little. This guy isn't going anywhere but if you're going to panic over every halfway promised but missed call you're going to end up smothering the poor thing to death.
