I think the best way to resolve the black single mom issues is to encourge black moms to date /marry asian men.
Black women say theres lack of good black men out their and Asian men say theres a lack of Asian women out there cause they're dating white guys. so wouldn't it make sense for Asian guys and black women to get together? Why be lonely your entire life, think outside the box and you may find someone. If you look at statistics black women and East asian guys are the least likely to get married or have partners, so to me the solution is obvious. Asian guys usually have decent jobs and have strong family value. If black single moms date or marry east asian guys, not only they can get out poverty quickly, their kids are most likely going to have a better education and family values.

I do not see that as a help as you say. Just because a black dates an Asian does not mean the black person or her children will adopt the values, culture and certainly not the genetic make up of an Asian. And most Asians usually only want to date other Asians unless they are 3rd or 4th generation assimilated Americans.
I can understand that black women have something to gain here; the question is-- what do Asian men gain by dating black women?
Actually African immigrants represent the most educated sector of America. Maybe the OP is onto something. East African women are flat out gorgeous inside and out.

Most blacks in the US aren't Africans, and when Asian men go interracial, they tend to prefer Caucasian blondes.
Black women aren't really attracted to Asian men, and Asian men probably aren't attracted to black women either. Not in any real numbers. If Asian women aren't even running towards Asian males, why would you expect black women to?
Why does anyone really care about this issue? Let the chips fall where they fall.
