How do you know you were just being "used for your money on dates"? Maybe women went on dates with you, and decided it wouldn't work out (surprise, surprise). Next time, don't spend money on a first date. Not beyond museum tickets, or something, if that. Look for women who would be happy with that. Don't expect anything "in exchange" for the date. Try not to have expectations. Be spontaneous. Enjoy life. You sound kind of angry and depressed. Or frustrated.

I started out trusting men because my father and brothers were awesome models for me. They were and are wonderful, caring, fun, awesome men. I did not STOP trusting men when I got kicked in the teeth because I got kicked in the teeth by a PERSON, a single person, Not All Men. MEN did not do that to me, THAT man did. In each event, I say myself down and asked, ok how to do I become smarter and more mentally healthy so that does not happen to me again, and so I can recognize a good man when he appears.
