That sucks!
I never want a job that requires I get up at get up at 2:00 am.
I was up at 5:30 to run ...that was early enough for me. Going to be dragging myself around later.

Last night my husband asked me if Icould get up during the summer to make him breakfast. Bwhwhahahahaha...he's so funny sometimes!

Yeah, I never usually have to, we just had some weird stuff come up and we were getting the blame for some things not happening properly, As we were talking about AC systems a day or so ago, We have some major AC systems for a 11 story bldg and the contractors were blaming us for the system not starting on a programmed schedule.

This praticular system was scheduled to start at 3:00 am. We had to be there to prove that is started up properly. Usually, we have trending system that print out in excel formatting the starting and stopping of systems.

We just had to prove it "old school" by phycially watching it start.

LOL, long boring answer.....

Do you get to go home early or do you have to stay the rest of the day?

Yeah, by lunchtime, I'll take off for the day.... It just makes the rest of the workday tough, as I have a 5 hours left to do other things, things that require mental horsepower, and I'm working on 2-3 hours of sleep. It's hard to write computer programs with no sleep, too much mental concentration is required.

But... life goes one....

Just looking forward to the weekend, tomrrow is "Friday"......

Yah...know how you feel.

My husband has off Thurs and is taking off Friday. I'm REALLY hoping the weather cooperates so we can get the deck finished. It would be nice to use it this summer! I've got a fireplace and a lounge set that I'm itching to break out and set up!

What are you all doing for the long weekend?

We've got thursday, friday and monday off, so a nice long 5 day weekend.

I think we're gonna staycation it. I don't like to do a lot on major holiday weekends. A lot of So Cal people go to the river on major holidays, too many crazies and drunks out for my liking.

We're gonna probably visit Mrs.Chow's mom and do a few "fun" things locally.

I'm sure I'll give some reports of our "activities"
