I have a date tomorrow but my date has a party tonight and (hasn't mentioned the date that we planned) do you think it will still happen tomorrow? Or maybe they have forgotten? (The party will go until early hours in the morning probably or even just until late at night, who knows) but I didn't want to ask incase I came off as too clingy, which is usuly the case... Also, I only have tomorrow free and we haven't planned a time or anything, and my date hasn't chased up all the details about times and I'm just confused and I can't ask them now because they are at the party and I don't know if I should prepare myself to go on a date tomorrow or not

Thank you for any advice!!

You have to prepare yourself a day in advance for a date?

Also, how do you set a date but no time? Lol. I'd wait until tomorrow, call them up and ask them what time they want to meet up.

Why don't you just call him tomorrow at lunch time or so ( does he work?) and ask what time are you meeting and where. Just as a matter of fact, without any details or explanations. And what do you mean with "them"? How many people you will date?? ...

How on Earth would WE know that? LOL The only person who knows that answer is your date. I don't think it's clingly to ask, "Hey, we're still on for tomorrow, right?"

Not sure what you mean by "I can't ask them now because they are at the party". Do they have a cell phone?

I hate it when I set a day with someone for a date, but then the day before they haven't confirmed a time and place. It *should* be that if you plan a date for a certain day, then you can count on the date really happening and not worry if you don't work out the specifics until right before, but the reality is a lot of people flake out at the last minute especially if a concrete plan hasn't been nailed down. I don't see how a party Friday evening should keep someone from being able to call you for 3 minutes and confirm the date... If you really want to know, then I would reach out and ask him. It would stink to keep your Saturday free for someone that's going to blow you off at the last minute and leave you with no plans. If he finds it clingy that you want to confirm plans, then forget him. That is NOT being clingy.
