I like my women with some meat. And by meat, I mean protein.
Agreed. You never know when you might be stranded alone with them in the snowy mountains for a few weeks or months with no other source of nourishment.

Actually it's because I find muscle on women sexy.
I DON'T want muscular arms and I'm trying to gain weight from my diet, but I don't know how to make weight go to my arms. It doesn't seem to naturally go there, but stay on topic, my question is about whether guys are turned off by skinny arms?
Off topic: Some mild light-weight work with your arms would increase definition without making them seem body-builder muscular.
On topic: The thinness of arms would generally not be a turn off to most guys. Maybe if they were very unnaturally thin, in proportion to the person's body. Thats not you.
I like slender women, so no it's not a turnoff. As long as her arms (and the rest of her) don't look unhealthily anorexic or skeletal, I'm good. I also like fit women.
I find skinny arms great.
But it's rather about how the whole "top body" relates to it. Seeing shoulders and top part, it's a HUGE TURN OFF if I see it resembles "man-arms/chest". Seeing a small-framed shoulders and skinny arms is great. If you're somewhat plumpy type with your weight well-proportioned it works great too. Arms are less important themselves, it's more about shoulders and the whole frame than one thing in specific. This option means that "meat" is rather related NOT to be muscular but in a "curvy" way, still giving smooth body frame rather than the male-look-alike type of body frame.
You look young. You come off as insecure in yourself (what you have to give) as well as how you look (this thread about arms). I wouldn't put you out there in the meat market (no pun intended) for dating before you worked on your self-esteem and your sense of appreciation for the special gift you have been to others, and the special gift you are to yourself. I am not going to guess there is an ugly underbelly of pathos under that beatific face, but you should see a counselor for a boost in the identified areas. I would suggest further some hater-guy told you this, perhaps even your former partner or a rebound fellow. But back to reason: a couple of sessions with a clinician, bibliotherapy, then hit the gym for the arm work-out.
Also, get rid of the status phrase. To take everything together, I don't think you're talking about peaches.
More than her arms are a turn off when it comes to Madonna.
I shoulda said "arms as skinny as Madonnas are a turn off."
Madonna has always been a turn off in general.
