I DON'T want muscular arms and I'm trying to gain weight from my diet, but I don't know how to make weight go to my arms. It doesn't seem to naturally go there, but stay on topic, my question is about whether guys are turned off by skinny arms?
I think we are our worst critic. I would hope a guy doesn't care about your arms being to thin.
Other great workouts on a dvd would be p90x2 shoulders and arms and p90x Chest, Triceps and Shoulders. Im doing p90X with my girl daily, we are about to enter the 3rd month, and she is already showing some slight muscle, triceps and overall arm definition, which I think looks sexy as hell.
This is good advice. I'm doing Insanity and I've had great results overall. You might feel like dying, but you will look good.
To be clear, I do not have flabby or grandma arms, they're just skinny.
I guess it depends on the kind of guy you are trying to attract.
Most guys won't mind skinny arms.
I don't know what you look like, but from other posters, it really sounds like looks shouldn't be much of a concern for you.
But, if you are trying to attract a 6-7 figure, hot guy, depending on your age (i have no idea), THAT guy may be ultra picky.
that being said, I know a lot of guys that are successful and attractive, and I think only 2 of the guys have ever commented on the extremely minute features of a woman and be critical about them.
Some guys just nit pick, and find something, ANYTHING wrong with beautiful women.
I you are fit, or at least height weight proportional, the last thing I would worry about as a woman would be arms.
Even picky guys are more concerned with legs, butt, stomach, chest, face.... arms are seriously probably last on the list.
But, if you do want the hot rich guy, then you probably want to make sure those arms are at least 'tight'. Something simple like 60 minutes of good cardio 4-5 times a week is probably all that is required.
Damn that Madonna pic should have come with a warning.
