Are very skinny arms on a woman a turn-off for guys? (love, different)

What guy looks at a girls arms--ARMS--and then decides if she's worthy of dating. I don't even think guys realize we have arms, unless there's hair on them
I DON'T want muscular arms and I'm trying to gain weight from my diet, but I don't know how to make weight go to my arms. It doesn't seem to naturally go there, but stay on topic, my question is about whether guys are turned off by skinny arms?
Well, since this thread has been resurrected, I doubt any guy is ever going to say- "That srjth is really hot, but her arms are just too dang skinny!"
I don't like skinny arms, but I wouldn't go so far as to call them a "turn off" (and I'd imagine most guys feel the same...I don't know any that feel that strongly about arms).
As for musculature; it's a common perception among women that if they pick up a dumbbell, they'll instantly turn into the Hulk. It takes a LOT of work to put on muscle...and you'd notice if you were getting too big long before you'd actually end up getting there. It's like a guy fearing that he'll drop to 10% body fat if he cuts out beer for a month...change just isn't that easy in either direction.
Luckily for you, even if you are considered on the thinner side, it's not likely to be a deal breaker to many guys at all. I'd say less than 10%, unless they tell you you are skeletal thin (which you definitely aren't based on your pic). I am near skeletal thin, but do have some muscles and mild definition in the abs, but I doubt it's enough to keep it from being a dealbreaker because so many women are traditional which means the men have to have the muscles.

No, not at all for me. I personally like small petite girls with skinny arms. My current girlfriend weighs 95 pounds.
It's a common myth among women that doing curls will get them huge muscles. Spending some time lifting weights is good and will put a little size to your arms. I assure you, you're not going to look like a body builder.
The only ways arms would be a turn-off to me are if they were so skinny that they looked gaunt, or if they're large and flabby (large and toned is perfectly fine, though).
