Most of these guys you see who are big dudes (but not ripped) usually eat about 4,000 calories a day (a huge number by the way, much bigger than most people think)
OK, so you're saying the OP willingly got himself into this situation, and now he's complaining that women aren't going for him?

Of course, you know how hard it is to get to 300 LBs when you workout like that?

His daily maintenance calorie amount (IE amount of calories to stay at the same weight) is likely around 4,000 calories a day. He could eat 3K calories (still a big number) and lose weight

Problem is that most guys that big act like dull meatheads or act like they have "short man" syndrome. Obviously your tall so that's not the case with you.

OP, I don't want to sound like a jerk but I noticed you started a thread about society making fun of the male organ size. Well at 300 lbs the penis will definitely look small on most men. If you drop down to 210-220lbs your package will look much larger. If possible aim for a bodyweight of 190-200lbs. There is no need to be your current size. It's unhealthy and is considered unattractive to most women.

Even the big ripped dudes eat MORE that 4000 calories a day. They just eat the RIGHT foods.

I eat 5000-6000 calories sometimes. Typically at least 4000. I'm 5'10, 215lbs and around 12% bf so I'm nowhere near fat.

Its often what you eat, not just how much.

He said it himself in the first post.

Okay, OP has gotten plenty of fodder to chew on in this thread. We're having trouble staying on topic now, and the thread has run its course. It's now closed.
