Past month, she hasn't been affectionate/ PDA went down/acting distant/getting easily annoyed
I figured, things were coming to an end with her.
Last friday, i left open my bank account on my laptop, she saw it and was very surprised by it. Asked me a bunch of questions,etc.
Past two days, she reaches for my hand/cuddles at night and day/constantly calling me baby/ which never happened for the past month.
Last night, she said "i love you" 3 times while we were drinking.
I feel like she's playing her cards. Right now she has like $9k in student loans she needs to pay off.
Im afraid if she asks for the money, its going to be the end with her.

Three months isn't very long. If the affection and attention are back and you're happy with it, enjoy them. If she's the type who will expect you to spend a lot of money on her, she'll let you know before her bills are due. Wanting you to take her shopping, hinting hard about a cute purse she can't afford, admiring a new phone, suggesting expensive restaurants she never mentioned before, things like that. I wouldn't try to read her mind and break up with her over something you're not sure she's going to do yet.
