The OP didn't ask how often it is by someone age/etc appropriate.

Lots of oldsters are doing the checking. (oldster = looks 20 years my senior)

I gave the lady who cut my hair a nice tip the other day and a handshake with a flirty smile because she was nice and did a really good job.

She looked a lot like you.

I get it a lot, Id say every time Im out and about with out my kids. And sometimes when I'm with them. Its about all I'm getting right now. so I'll take it.
