Oh and I don't like these recommendations that people are making for therapy. Therapists don't give any concrete advice on what you should DO, and just re-schedule to see you again and get more money over and over. Maybe try a life coach or something? I figure maybe they would actually give concrete advice on what to DO.

Not true. Good therapists give concrete advice on what to DO. I guess there are some therapists that use psychoanalysis and whatnot, but the vast majority seem to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is all about helping you change your life.

How much experience do you have with therapy?

I do not know why people do not believe in therapists .The only thing that does not work is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

I agree. When I was diagnosed with a fatal disease (found out later I don't seem to have it) I went to a therapist. Found a great guy, who also majored in philosophy, whose no nonsense approach was perfect for me. I find him interesting, smart, and an absolute reservoir of great advice.
