Oh and I don't like these recommendations that people are making for therapy. Therapists don't give any concrete advice on what you should DO, and just re-schedule to see you again and get more money over and over. Maybe try a life coach or something? I figure maybe they would actually give concrete advice on what to DO.

Not true. Good therapists give concrete advice on what to DO. I guess there are some therapists that use psychoanalysis and whatnot, but the vast majority seem to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is all about helping you change your life.

I do not know why people do not believe in therapists .The only thing that does not work is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

I agree. When I was diagnosed with a fatal disease (found out later I don't seem to have it) I went to a therapist. Found a great guy, who also majored in philosophy, whose no nonsense approach was perfect for me. I find him interesting, smart, and an absolute reservoir of great advice.
