This is the first time in a long time that we've had real seasons. Our winter is usually very mild, more like fall, but we've had freezes every week for the past month or more.

I'm jealous! I'd even be okay with 60 at this point. We're at 40 and cloudy...blah.

We were at 80 degrees the Friday before Christmas...then found this cold spell. It was in the low 20's the other day. Yikes!

We're supposed to be in the 20s tonight.

I love NC. Would love to live there.

Yeah, it's not unusual for us to have wild swings in temps.

I've lived in NYC and I've spent time in Charlotte/Matthews. My ex had a contract job there and I visited off and on while he was living there. So pretty.

Charlotte is a great city. We go there pretty often for hockey, but I've gone out there for a few shopping trips too. We are just under 3 hours from that area.

How far are you from Charleston, SC? I've always wanted to go there.

You can bite me too.

The streets are plowed now and barring any more huge windfalls of snow we are no longer housebound. Maybe now this one crack head dog I have can burn off some energy outside longer.

It has now gotten out of the negatives and actually up to 30 degrees today - a regular heatwave.

I used to love the 4 seasons too, but lately it's only been two - extremely hot and humid or extremely cold.
