I have a few friends that have extremely high standards, it's like they are so judgmental about girls that they can't even find one to date. To me I try to just ignore them because I do not know how to address them, but it is sorta sad. They just need to realize that no one is perfect, we all have pasts and that is that.
Some of them won't even give a girl any attention if they aren't virgins....WHAT DO I SAY TO THESE PEOPLE?
I try but they always just judge girls so harshly. They are this or that or the other thing. Why can't they just accept them for who they are? It's annoying listening to them complain all the time and then see them walk around like they are better than everyone else.

You need new friends. These friends don't line up with your values.

It's their business but make sure to shut them down when they complain about not finding a suitable mate. That's the consequence of having unrealistically high standards.

Just curious, what do these friends look like and what do they do?
My guess is they're either actually really unattractive and the whole "she has to be perfect" thing is a defense mechanism or they're the entire package and looking for the same. However, "she has to be a virgin"? Um I've had all sortssss of male friends and I've never encountered that outside of certain Eastern cultures. Bizarre. So, are they virgins too?

These don't sound like people with high standards they sound like people who are extremely bitter and don't have any luck with women because of it. Rather than look within they are simply lashing out.
In my experience it is extremely easy to shut down fools like this.
You need to ask yourself if these guys are the sort of "friends" you want. By hanging around them you are tacitly approving of their behavior.
Folks will assume you are like them - pigs of a feather flock together etc.
If you still wish to be friends with them just say "you're out of line" or speak out and tell them how douchey they're being.
I'd get new friends, myself.
