I have a pretty damn big nose add in thin lips i look kinda ratish i know its alot of money and can be painful and maybe a little dagneorus but if i helps me with women i might as well take a chance no?

It might not hurt. People get nose jobs all the time and there aren't any problems.
Although I grew up thinking I had a huge nose and was always worried about it... in reality my nose was never big and no one ever thought that about me besides myself.
If it makes you feel more confident, perhaps it's worth doing. I've got a big nose (I think of it as distinctive, and striking! lol), and it has never hindered me in dating, but then, I'm pretty confident about myself despite that and other flaws.
If the nose is your only problem, leave it. It adds character.
For the not hurting part - Whaat? Every surgery hurts. Especially if they need to break your nose. My face was multicolored for at least a week and you have tampons up your nose for a while.
Why not, after that, may i suggest breast and butt implants...while you are at, take out a rib cage or two....sex change operation...um....a little nip and tuck...and whatever else the rest of the freaks engage in...smh

I think that a big nose affects a woman's attractiveness more than it does a man's. Anyhow, you should grow out long, scruffy hair. That tends to make noses look smaller. It you have a buzz cut then your nose stands out more.

Be confident in yourself as a person of who you are and you'll see you'll get far with women.
For instance: I know that I'm "no perfect looking man winner" but if I really really wanted a date I can fairly easily get one.
