I'd dump him. If a guy said that to me I'd say "Well, go have fun with your STDs/Kids you will eventually abandon". If a guy can't be satisfied with just one woman that cares and loves him he doesn't deserve a good woman.
I wouldn't jump right on and think he's going to go sleep with a ton of girls. Just because a guy is a little distant doesn't mean he's going to just up and cheat on his girlfriend for crying out loud! Guys don't like to talk about their problems, especially when the problem is embarrassing.
Don't harp on the poor guy to talk about the problems, just let him talk if he wants to. If not, just tell him what you told us.

A lot of guys want to be that guy that has sowed his wild oats while the person he settles down with has been relatively inexperienced. However, I would bet that you are over thinking this and if he has an issue it's something else. Unless he "fed you a line" when he said he was cool with your past.
Your dropping "even though I had quantity" makes your post sound like bait. How nice for you.
If this is a legitimate question, your solution to your boyfriend's worries is easy. If he is worried he is missing something, try hard to make sure he is satisfied. Kick it up several notches. If he is worried how he measures up to your "quantity," the same thing applies. Make sure he knows how to please you and be a good, confident lover.
This is why I have a philosophy...never get serious before the age of 32(for men). A man's prime physically is usually from 27-32 and then it starts to go downhill. I intend to sleep with as many women as I possibly can(even hookers) till my 32nd birthday. Just experiment with life-follow my passions- sail, travel, try exotic food- and then at the age of 32 get married to a nice woman.
And I can very proudly look into her eyes and say- You are the only woman I have ever loved. And I would mean it.
