Is this a joke, of course you know she will do as her friends do. If she was opposed to that behavior, she would be going with a different class of friends. Wouldn't she? Do you think she will be sitting by the pool reading Shelley, listening to Vivaldi, while sipping a cup of weak Earl Grey tea?
If you hang around waiting for her to return, she will find you the perfect doormat. Just go buy a collar and leash and wait for commands.
You might find some interesting pics on her social sites when she returns, ya know like half naked and drunk. Or maybe some enterprising young man will post them to a website that caters to pictures of frolicking coeds.

So while I agree that you're totally right about guys missing signs...."signs" != "approaching". Guys get signs all the time. They get approached rarely, by comparison.
Us ladies are known for giving signs and just hoping the guy picks up on them and makes his move.
ETA: She works at Hooters and goes on spring break with her party girl friends = she is one of her party girl friends.
When I was in my late teens, I had friends that partied. I went to one or two before I realized it wasn't for me. I would never work at a bar, let alone Hooters, because it is not me. Apparently, it is who this girl is.
