I DON'T want muscular arms and I'm trying to gain weight from my diet, but I don't know how to make weight go to my arms. It doesn't seem to naturally go there, but stay on topic, my question is about whether guys are turned off by skinny arms?

I showed your pic (your profile pic) to one of my guy friends (He is really hot by the way)
He think you are really pretty. Enough said, that is my answer.

Anything very skinny on a woman would be a turn off to me.
Finding someone who appreciates you for who you are is so important because questions like this one answer themselves. OP just be you. Someone will find that as perfect as it comes.
Her eis the thing about weight. There is truly no way to address only specific areas for losing or gaining weight, as much as people try this all the time. You gain weight everywhere and you lose weight everywhere. I imagine most guys dont mind skinny arms at all, but this shouldnt stop women who work out from strength workouts and using weight for working out their arms. You do not have testastorone and other hormones that would make you bulk as men do. if anything, you will show definition in your arms, and swap flab for muscle, which is still feminine and IMO ideal. I think you are nitpicking yourself to death, and you shouldnt. you are very attractive, feminine and from your postings here seem very cool. If I were single and lived in your area, Id most definitely ask you out, FWIW.
Arms are usually among the last places that women gain weight, and when they do, if they're not toned, they get floppy bat-wing triceps--even if they're young. Now I may be wrong here, but jiggly arms are generally not attractive. At the best, some folks might not notice them, but they're not going to be proactively hot.
I work out a lot, and do a good bit of arm work, including push-ups (albeit modified ones--hey, I'm nearly 47, so cut me some slack!). It hasn't made me muscle-bound by a long shot, but I can point without jiggling, which is not too shabby if I say so, myself.
They use 3-, 5-, and 8-pound weights, but I've outgrown those and use somewhat heavier weights than that (5-, 7- and 10-pounders), and I'm still not muscle-bound. Just toned.
If you don't have the box set or aerobic risers, any 14-inch surface will do. I just do my push-ups on the floor. You can sit on a regular dining-room chair for the portions where they sit down. (BTW, that whole video, which includes leg and abs, is my favorite old-school Firm work-out. I do the new ones, too, Firm Express with the kickboxing moves, and love them.)
Other great workouts on a dvd would be p90x2 shoulders and arms and p90x Chest, Triceps and Shoulders. Im doing p90X with my girl daily, we are about to enter the 3rd month, and she is already showing some slight muscle, triceps and overall arm definition, which I think looks sexy as hell.
I like my women with some meat. And by meat, I mean protein.
