As an Indian guy who dates outside his race a lot this is a problem I will probably eventually encounter. My parents are old fashioned and would probably disown me if I married outside my race (which I probably will). I have accepted that as a possibility. Would you guys choose your parents over your SO.

I love my parents, but if I had the luck of meeting a man I loved, and who fit well with me, then I wouldn't care whether, or not, my parents liked me. I am a believer once you have a lover--that you actually love, genuinely, they become your top priority-over family, friends, and even kids. Don't abandon you family and friends, but prioritize correctly, depending on your beliefs of course.
So, I love my parents, but they won't be around forever. So, if I dump guys based around my parents not liking them, then what's left for me when they have passed on and a chased everyone away for them? So I end up old and alone. Not a pretty future. But I don't have to worry because there's no guys in my life anyhow, sans my infatuation.
