The last time I engaged in any kind of human touch was when I hugged my sister 2 weeks ago. The last time I had physical contact with someone who wasn't a family member was 4 months ago. She was an acquaintance. That was a hug as well. Human touch is fine. I just don't engage in it often.

LMAO. I've often pondered the female...fondness..for a guy who knows his way around a kitchen. Seems that a LOT of women truly appreciate that attribute in a man. I know my girl would much rather I cook for her than even hitting a 5 star restaurant. Took me a while to totally get that, but it makes perfect sense to me now.
Cooking a nice dinner for her one evening is what propelled us out of the "friendzone" to where we are now. I must have cooked her dozens and dozens of meals before. But , for some reason , that one set off the charge. And we never even ate it. Got into a food fight. She bounced a mushroom with cream cheese off my noggin, I fired back with a spoon full of sour cream, we TOTALLY trashed her kitchen, were covered from head to toe in various food substances, laughing so hard we couldn't hardly stand. Then she just reached out, out of the blue, a d took my hands in hers, stuff dripping off her face and hair, next thing ya know, she was in my arms and I was the happiest man on Earth.
Can't do THAT at a fancy restaurant. ROFLMAO. Well, I guess you could, but there might be some...unhappy..folks involved. Yep, from where I'm standing, a man should know how to cook. Me sainted Pappy told me that long ago. The way to a woman's heart is in the kitchen. Lol, even if she doesn't even eat what you made. Matter of fact, it can be better that way.
No doubt!! I highly recommend she ask for stuffed mushrooms and a pasta is some sort of cream sauce. Oh, and a dessert dish involving whipped cream and fruit. Lmao

There is nothing that compares to the feeling of holding hands, a soft cheek against your own or the power of a warm embrace.Human touch is extremely important to our mental, physical and spiritual well-being as it offers us the opportunity to feel love, care, affection, warmth, kindness and compassion from others. Not many of us know this, but our skin is our largest organ and it is very responsive and sensitive.
