I found C-D because I was researching the cost of living in San Francisco. I think it took about 2 months for me to discover the non-city/state forums.

No, I wouldn't. At the time I discovered this and the other non-location specific forums existed I was posting on a forum I felt I'd outgrown. There are posters here who I've come to like and others who I may not always (or ever) agree with but I do appreciate their insight. It's like a dysfunctional little family. Or a train wreck, depending on the day.

Plus I've learned so much about myself. Like I'm either not really a woman or I'm just an incredibly ugly one, for example.
