Update! (guys, family, kiss, advice)

Some of you might remember that several months ago I posted a tread for advice with a girl. Just to recap, I asked here out a few months ago, she said not until we're more comfortable with eachother. Well, I've worked hard over the past few months to get to that point and we have becaome better frends. So... last night I talked to her about where she thought we were and we both agreed that we had arrived at that point and now we are going out. We are not going to be too serious, we're gona take it easy at first, and I still have to ask her dad before we can do anything. Anyway, thanks for all the advice you guys gave me, it helped a lot. And I wouldn't mind getting some advice here either lol.

So there's the update.

Thanks for posting an update! And going slow is the right way to go about it since the two of you are so shy with each other. My only advice for sneaking in one kiss before Christmas is carry a sprig of mistletoe in your pocket for the right moment. Or hang a sprig up and maneuver her underneath it. lol But give her a nice sweet short kiss and don't linger and slobber all over her face. Make the first kiss romantic and something for her to remember fondly.

Haha, I don't know. We're friends of the family, and he likes me a lot.... but she is the baby of their family so who knows.....
