They are in lady like places egs of unlady like places = forearm, shoulders, bicep/tricep and provided they aren't large and there is only a few max. Also they don't have any evil or negative connotations.

theres many reasons someone gets a tattoo...many reasons some love full sleeves, back peices ect...most of it is personal preference.
