I say go for it. Forget what everyone else says. If you're both available and interested, see what happens.

The golden rule with office/business relationships: DO NOT GET TOO PERSONAL TOO SOON. (And "too soon" is basically years+ here. ) Don't share secrets, feelings, meeting of family, etc.

Keep it emotionally light (if passionate) and don't get your heart or commitment senses involved...

I didn't notice with enough time to react.

Oh gees.....head games already. Don't fall for it....That spells trouble from the get go. Date folks your own age.....But don't date anyone that plays those games.

It's probably all in your head. Go to work and do your job instead of making up silly stories about your coworker flirting with you.

Two things:

1. Try to go to an event outside the office and "test" her there.

2. Find out if she's seen anyone: with boyfriend or married...it's a no, no.

Be very careful dating people at work: harrasment is no joke.

She's an attention wh*re. Just go about your business as usual.

Like many have said...it's best to avoid workplace romance. Could get nasty once she gets feelings for your or get's tired of you.
