Lots of passing fancies, a few crushes (more when I was younger at male sexual peak). I don't associate the term 'crush' per se, I'd call them women who I instantly feel an urge to merge and be one with and ones who I feel delight in their presence. Not so much a crush as when one is younger (i.e. inordinate amount of time thinking about them) but a solid desire for what character, physical, and other qualities all rolled into one they seem to convey to me.
Like the brunette teller at one bank branch I frequent (more so now) with the mesmerizingly beautiful green eyes or the young co-ed in line in front of me this past weekend. Light natural redhead with some freckles, I don't think she had any makeup on, a slight upturned nose, cute face, knowing eyes, gymnast /dancer body (she was wearing shorts) and after she noticed I was admiring her while we both waited in line - and commiserated about the two tellers being both preoccupied with other customers for over 15 minutes - she did that catlike morning stretch with her arms over her head to show her full form in all its loveliness like a water fountain nymph sculpture.
Now today I saw a stunner in blue dress that I instantly fancied. She was walking south to north on main thoroughfare. I was walking west to east. She apparently was coming from the deluxe hotel and apartments celebs live at, and with the NBA finals in town I could only surmise she was someone's wife/ gf / rental for the evening. Simply stunning brunette, about 6'2 in heels and all woman. Wow, I fancied that .... for a fleeting moment and it was just as lovely as she was walking away from me.
I fancy a lot when the population I deem worthy of fancying crosses my path.
Most of my crushes are fleeting and don't last more than a few days
I have probably had many in my lifetime just becuase of how little relevance they hold with me to make a longer impression.
