Your question conflates three different things:
Dating
Sex
Love
You seem to be confusing them or unsure which you really mean, or maybe you think they're all the same. That might be the reason why you're having difficulty.
One does not necessarily lead to the other, but they all can be good in their own way. 30 years ago when I found a woman where all three came together I married her; she died 3 year ago.
But before that there were women I loved but never dated (we were friends and still are today); there were women I dated but never had sex with but we still had lots of fun dating; there were women I had sex with but never loved, etc, etc. Three. Different. Things.
Finding women to date is like fishing. There's all kinds in the water, but only certain types like the bait you've got on your hook, and some kinds gather in different groups in different places. Try fishing for another kind in a different place.
