Any cultural differences in terms of dating in America and europe?
There are country forums where you can ask these things, you know. The various Swedish forums say there is no such thing as dating in Sweden, except maybe online dating. Conventional dating is very passé and not even old-fashioned, but downright archaic in Scandinavia. Your mileage will vary by country in Europe, as others have pointed out.
I don't know if this is correct since I've only read some things on forums. One difference could be that people in the US sometimes need to have an exclusivity talk and until then they might be seeing more people, and in Europe, at least in most parts of Europe, it goes without saying that when you start seeing someone, you aren't going to see someone else, even if you've only just started going out with that person and nothing is defined yet.
