Now, THIS is how you handle a break-up (wife, married, woman)

and if it were a woman destroying the man's toys, would this amuse you quite so much?
If the man deserved it, yes.
What happened to his guy is probably similar to what happened to my uncle - his lovely wife whom he had 2 children with ended up having an affair with her dance instructor. And when he found about it, and offered forgiveness, she promptly demanded a divorce. So yeah, if it's anything like that, then this guy deserves all the praise in the world for expressing his pain over the break-up in such a public manner.
If more people did things like this, then perhaps people wouldn't be so mean and cruel to their partners (of either gender.)

Eh, it doesn't matter. People are people, and at the core, most of us are selfish. You only care about how your actions hurt other people when it's brought into the public eye, or someone flips the script and they do it to you. Outside of that, all bets are off.
And dumb. She now has video proof that he intentionally destroyed her possessions, which is a crime.
If they were married, at least in the United States, it is joint property and he did nothing ILLEGAL... you have no personal property. Just like all those instances where the wife immediately empties out the bank accounts, runs up $$$ on the credit cards, kicks the guy out of the house he paid for 80-90% of, etc. When the shoe is on the other foot, (man doing it to a woman) it seems uncomfortable, or somehow more vicious, but when a woman does it to a man, it's just another day in divorce court here in the U.S.
It's not the right thing to do. To be honest, this is something I could see a woman do, but not a man, this guy must be a real puss...
I saw this on Good Morning America. I don't think it's a crime in the legal since (it would have to be something he or they didn't buy). BUT, it was a stupid way to blow off steam. Why destroy ALL of your stuff? Even if she is awarded half, he still has a WHOLE part of what he was awarded.

Becuase it's not about the other perosn at that point.

I disagree. It's everything to do with her and he's proving a point for notoriety. The point is that he was faithful and she wasn't (I'm assuming), so your scandalous self will only truly get "half" of what I own. Childish even though it has merit. Same thing happened in the Madea movie.
