I feel this question is very debatable due to the fact many young couples today have become selfish and stubborn due to technology. It is not like the older generations who make the 50+ anniversary mark. Younger generations do want to bail out when a problem arises. It is very unbelievable how society has changed

Also to note- it doesn't matter if the couple dated years or months before marriage. People change every day

In 35-40 years, you'll have your answer.

When more people got married at 20, making it to their 50th anniversary was more likely. The people who are getting married in their late 30s, maybe not. Time is not on their side.

Maybe even after 10 or 20. There are couples who marry after 30 years and have kids and boom, you never know. People change with the times.

My parents got married in their 20's and it turns out time wasn't on their side either. There are no guarantees in life. My husband and I got married for life - however long that may be. Will we make it to our 50th? That would be great!

Did you want to know if any of the couples who got married in the last 10-15 years will make it to their 50th or if ALL of the couples will? I can guarantee you that not ALL of them will - but some of them might.
