I think that a good age for women (especially for you, OP) is about 25-29. Young than that, they are usually very immature. Older, you start getting into the infertile (and decreasing attractiveness) range.
Of course, there are exceptions. I've known younger women that are VERY mature and would make great wives. I've also known older women that maintained their looks and have no problem popping out children.
But, overall, I think the 25-29 range is the safest, if you want to have a general guideline to follow.
Thanks for all the constructive criticism. I guess, I will just keep dodging all the haters. So many people here echo the "nagging wives" I see around here. Everytime you shine, there is always a hater trying to knock you down.

You'll find this IRL too. A lot of women get butthurt when men date younger (even though it's natural). It's a stab at their insecurities so it makes sense.

Aren't you the one that says that you don't think it's a good idea? So, aren't you a hater?
Do you really think you are shining in this instance? Is this one of the instances where you believe that your bros will be jealous of you and that this will be good for your ego?

It is truly difficult to tell who is the teenaged girl in this situation. To me it's the one who is desperate to impress strangers on the internet.
Be careful, OP--this girl will likely "cry rape"--or have her parents do it eventually. Wasn't that your big fear? I mean, now that she is leaving notes it's definitely on. We all believe this girl a.) exists and b.) is totally interested in a guy twice her age and c.) left you a note to express said desire. We believe all of it. No, really.

Yeah, the 19-year-old leaving a hand-written note was the big flaw in the story. My two 19-year-olds would rather walk on their hands than write ANY kind of note.
