I'm going to dissent from the usual suspects. I think there is nothing wrong with you having a problem with her having sex with your cousin. My question is why did you pursue this relationship in the first place knowing that? I would have ended it when I found out.
From reading all of these messages, You can't afford NOT to go to therapy! - Not if you want to have ANY kind of ANY type of relationships with anyone!
Maybe she didn't go all the way with your cousin, but she considers what they did to be "sex". Your cousin may think that they just messed around but did not complete the act, so no sex. Maybe she is thinking of a different person who is not your cousin. Anyway, you probably won't find a girl who hasn't had sex with somebody....so you may as well get past it because what happened in the past can't be changed. Kind of surprised she offered up the information about it.
