Would you consider it a red flag if:

1. A guy does not keep in touch with a single person from high school, and only a handful from college
2. He is on facebook but has less than 100 friends

?

No. Obviously guy is not obsessed with social media, and has real goals in his life.
Sometimes friends will grow with you and if circumstances are right may stay in your life. But opportunities, jobs, lovers, and family pull people in different directions. Losing your friends because of growing up and moving on to better yourself is part of life.

I am pretty much like this guy.

I'm a guy, and the answer would be no to both questions.

1. I only keep in touch with one person from high school for the most part.

2. Lol, Facebook. No offense, but an immature teenager would maybe care, but no sane adult/person would.

1) He might of had a tough high school and moved on.

2) His life can't be ruled by the Internet.

3) it would be completely stupid, immature and shallow not to consider dating a bloke for them two reasons

1. I wouldn't care. I don't care to see anyone else I went to HS with. I also don't plan on attending in reunions either. HS wasn't a huge social scene for some - some don't even get into the groove of things until college, and in some cases even later than that. I would be looking at what he's doing, and the company he's keeping, now. Not years ago with HS children.

2. FB is probably mostly fake. Friends on their probably aren't even really your friends. So I wouldn't judge someone on something as silly as their # of friends on social media.

A lot of my friends are no longer in touch with anyone from high school. I have less than 100 facebook friends because I don't friend every acquaintance I meet. I do keep in touch with ~7 people from high school though.

Basically, no, these are not red flags.

It gives me pause because it doesn't seem like he really cares about or is connected to people in his life. Also, we were supposed to meet up with his friends one night (I never met them) and when I reminded him of this, he said something like, "I don't care if we meet them or not. Who cares." And then he didn't even text them to let them know that we wouldn't be there. Seemed like people are just not significant to him.

Well that's a nice thought, but if I were in his position I would still tell my friends I wouldn't be able to make it.
